Privacy Policy
Bella Virtual Office ("Bella," "we," "us") is a product of Millennial Insurance Group. This policy explains what information we handle when you use Bella, why, and the choices you have. We built Bella to do an agency's back-office work, which means we treat the data you trust us with as exactly that: yours.
1. Information we handle
- Account information you give us, such as your name, agency, email address, and billing details.
- Connected-account data you authorize, such as the contents of mailboxes, calendars, and CRM records you connect so Bella can work them. Bella accesses this only to perform the tasks you ask of her.
- Operational data Bella produces in the course of work, such as extracted tasks, notes, quotes, and activity logs.
- Usage information needed to run and secure the service, such as sign-in events and error logs.
2. How we use it
We use the information solely to provide and improve the service you are paying for: reading and triaging your email and messages, maintaining your CRM, tracking quotes and renewals, coordinating with carriers, preparing documents, and surfacing what needs your attention. We do not use your connected-account data to train shared models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Connected accounts and Google data
When you connect a Google account, you grant Bella access through Google's standard authorization (OAuth). Bella uses that access only to deliver the features you turn on, such as email scanning and calendar coordination. Bella's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings, which stops Bella's access immediately.
4. Storage, security, and isolation
Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's. We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict access to it, and log access for accountability. On the Private plan, your data runs on infrastructure you control and does not leave it.
5. Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service, such as cloud hosting and Google for account authorization. They process data only on our instructions and only to support the service. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal or insurance-regulatory obligations.
7. Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and disconnect any connected account, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
8. Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
