Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Bella Virtual Office ("Bella"), a product of Millennial Insurance Group ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Bella, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Bella performs back-office and administrative work for insurance agencies, including reading and triaging communications, maintaining a CRM, tracking quotes and renewals, coordinating with carriers, scheduling and attending meetings, and preparing documents. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accounts and connected services you authorize, and for keeping your access credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any mailbox, calendar, or system you give Bella access to, and to authorize Bella to act on the contents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bella for anything unlawful, to violate the rights of others, or to send communications that are deceptive or that you are not authorized to send. You remain responsible for compliance with insurance laws and regulations that apply to your agency.

4. Bella assists, you decide

Bella is a tool that helps your team work faster. She does not provide legal, tax, or insurance advice, and she is not a licensed producer. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything that requires professional judgment, including quotes, bound coverage, regulated communications, and signed agreements. Outputs may contain errors and should be checked before they are relied upon.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before changing pricing for your plan.

6. Data and confidentiality

Your data remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, keep each customer's data isolated, and do not sell it. On the Private plan, your data stays on infrastructure you control.

7. Availability

We work to keep Bella running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may update features over time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Bella is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or for a material breach of these Terms. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Millennial Insurance Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
